Privacy notice

This notice covers the information website physicalactiongateway.com, technical access to its public read-only API and email contact. It does not cover a future enabled task-execution service.

1. Controller and contact

Privacy contact: swisscomfort@pm.me. Processing is governed by Swiss data-protection law and other rules where they apply to the particular processing.

2. Website without visitor profiling

The website consists of static pages. We use no analytics or advertising scripts, tracking cookies or browser storage for visitor profiling. Fonts and styling are not loaded from external font, map or video services. There is no contact form, registration, ordering or payment flow. The language switch is an ordinary link.

3. Technical access and hosting

We use Google Firebase Hosting and its global content delivery network. The public read-only API uses Firebase Hosting and Google Cloud Run. Access involves technical data, including IP address, time, requested URL, browser/client information, response status and any technically transmitted referring address. We use these data for delivery, diagnosis, security and abuse prevention, not our own visitor profiling. Google separately describes its purposes for technical Firebase Service Data, such as operating and improving its services, and the available data-sharing settings in its Firebase privacy information.

Recipients include Google entities and hosting subprocessors. Google identifies Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, and Fastly, Inc., USA, for its Hosting CDN. Processing is not confined to Switzerland; Google operates services and support internationally. The currently described recipients and processing locations are listed in the Firebase subprocessors and the linked Google Cloud subprocessors and their countries.

The applicable Firebase data-processing and security terms describe international-transfer mechanisms. The published Cloud Data Processing Addendum is relevant to Cloud Run. Google's privacy information also explains its Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework certification. These statements do not promise that all data remains in a Swiss cloud region.

4. Retention

Google describes a retention period of a few months for Firebase Hosting IP data. The Google project's ordinary cloud operational logs are configured for 30 days; the required administrative audit category is retained for 400 days. Those categories do not mean that every website visit is stored. Access to operational data is restricted to people authorized to operate the service.

5. Email inquiries

When you write to us, we process your sender address, supplied information, message content and attachments to handle the inquiry. Please avoid unnecessary sensitive information or credentials in an initial inquiry. The listed contact uses Proton Mail, operated by Proton AG, Route de la Galaise 32, 1228 Plan-les-Ouates, Geneva, Switzerland. Proton describes storage in Switzerland, Germany and Norway in its Mail privacy policy. Your own email provider's servers are outside our control.

Inquiries are kept as long as necessary for handling them, relevant records or legal requirements and are then deleted. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to advertising or a newsletter.

6. Your rights

You may contact us above to request access, correction, deletion and other rights available under applicable law. We assess necessary identity checks proportionately and respond in accordance with legal requirements. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) about data-protection concerns.

7. Changes and additional services

We update this notice when actual processing changes. Public task execution, additional embedded services or task-evidence processing will require separate descriptions of the associated processing. Merely visiting this website does not dispatch a physical task.
